Program Description

In today’s complex post-pandemic organizational environment, there are many factors that throw off both organizational efficiency/effectiveness and also employee engagement.  Wouldn’t it be great if there was a method for building “process” into organizational practices that also drives employee engagement?  Prepare to engage with your peers in something called the P5 Rocket™ strategy to align your 5 P’s: Purpose, Product, Performance, People, and Process.

§  Purpose: Where do you want to go & why?

§  Product: How do you create value for others through products or services?

§  Performance: How are you measuring the journey from where you are to where you want to be?

§  People: Do you have the right people in the right seats and a development plan for their growth?

§  Process: How well does your team align, document, improve, and execute the processes necessary for success?

Each participant will receive a template for the P5 method, to use as you consider your personal, company, or client strategies for 2023! The session will also include an interactive activity focused on the alignment of people & processes to enable your teams to perform, create value, and ultimately fulfill the team/organization’s purpose.

About the Speaker: Ryan Weiss      

Ryan Weiss is a Chicago-area performance consultant who is passionate about engaging with business leaders who are interested in influencing the world in a positive way. Ryan has over 20 years of success leading teams, programs, and operations to drive business results and profitability. His appreciation for diverse cultures was gained through extensive international work experience living in 3 countries and leading global teams in more than 20 countries. He held various global executive positions with a large multinational company across a wide variety of functions, including finance, technical, business development, continuous improvement, multiple ex-pat assignments, and global technology manager of a $500 million portfolio of products.

Ryan has trained thousands of people globally in people & process in process, leadership, and performance improvement. The “winner” of the activity that Ryan conducts during this program will receive a signed copy of his first book “From Orangutan to Rocket Scientist: How to Lead & Engage Your Team with Effective Process”!

Program Format: 

A mix of presentation (brief), large group & small group interactive discussions. Informal Zoom atmosphere. We will ask that all participants keep their cameras on during the entire program, to promote good involvement and interaction.
